UN Women Australia Spring Raffle Terms and Conditions
Permits: NSW: GOCAU/2602, VIC: N/A, ACT: ACT R 26/00152, QLD: N/A, WA: Permit No: LS225219326, SA: M15074, TAS: N/A held on behalf of UN Women Australia (ABN: 23 638 729 775) to conduct and promote the raffle across these states and territories in Australia. Entry is open to residents of all Australian States and Territories, except for residents of the Northern Territory.

Prizes
First Prize: Luxury Fiji Getaway for two – return flights with a 2-night stay at Fiji Marriott Momi Bay and a 3-night stay at Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort (valued at $5,684).
Second Prize: 2* x styling session and wardrobe with SABA (valued at $2,000). *2 winners will win 1 x styling session and wardrobe with SABA (valued at $1000 per winner).
Third Prize: 10* x Fabulous Ladies' Wine Society wine soiree event tickets (valued at $2,036). *5 winners will win 2 x events tickets to the event of their choice (valued at $407 per winner).
All tickets must be purchased online by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Purchasers must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Only 2,404 tickets at $20 each will be sold across Australia. All winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw. The first name, initial of the last name, state and winning ticket number of all prize winners will be published online on Monday 28 September 2026 on the UN Women Australia fundraising website (https://fundraise.unwomen.org.au/). All times and dates published on our website, in our promotional material and in these Terms and Conditions are listed in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) unless otherwise stated.
Publicity
The Promoter may use prize winners’ details for promotional purposes. By entering the Promotion, the Major Prize Winner agrees to participate in reasonable media activities concerning the Promotion and to photographs or video of the winner being used for the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities (both in print and on the internet).

Please note images used in all promotional materials are for display purposes only. Prizes awarded may not be as illustrated. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
First Prize Details
Flight Centre voucher to the value of $2,500 for return flights to Fiji with a 2-night stay at Fiji Marriott Momi Bay and a 3-night stay at Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort (valued at $5,684). By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined on all vouchers issued.
Second Prize Details
Second prize will have two winners, one session and wardrobe each. 2 x SABA Styling sessions and wardrobes valued at $2,000 ($1,000 each). *Styling suites in selected stores only (QVB (SYD), Collins St (VIC), Rundle St (SA), Claremont (WA), James St (QLD). Each $1,000 wardrobe must be used in full, at the time of the appointment. Each $1,000 wardrobe to be redeemed in-store only. Not to be used online. The winner to pay the difference amount, should each total wardrobe selection be over $1,000. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to any other terms and conditions outlined on vouchers issued.
Third Prize Details
Third prize will have five winners, issued two tickets each. 10 x event tickets to a Fabulous Ladies' Wine Society wine soiree valued at $2,036 and $407 per winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined on all vouchers issued.
Claiming Prizes
All States and Territories except Queensland, Western Australia and Australian Capital Territory
If the winner(s) reside in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Tasmania, or Victoria, they have up to 12 months from the date UN Women Australia provides written notification to claim their prize.
If the prize remains unclaimed after this 12-month period, UN Women Australia will deal with the prize in accordance with the applicable laws and any relevant permit conditions of the State or Territory in which the winner(s) reside.
Western Australia
If the winner(s) reside in Western Australia, they have up to 12 months from the date UN Women Australia provides written notification to claim their prize.
If the prize remains unclaimed after this 12-month period, UN Women Australia will notify the Western Australian Gaming and Wagering Commission in writing with details of the unclaimed prize and the steps undertaken to notify the winner(s). The Commission may provide directions regarding further contact attempts, redraws, disposal of the prize, or application of the prize’s value to charitable purposes. UN Women Australia will comply with any directions issued by the Commission.
Queensland
Winners residing in Queensland have up to three (3) years from the date of written notification to claim their prize, in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD).
If a prize remains unclaimed for a period of 12 months from the date of written notification, the prize may be repurposed for the benefit of UN Women Australia in accordance with Queensland legislation, while retaining the winner’s entitlement to claim the prize within the applicable three (3) year period.
Australian Capital Territory
If the winner(s) reside in the Australian Capital Territory, they have up to 6 months from the date UN Women Australia provides written notification to claim their prize.
If I prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted 12:00pm AEDT, Monday 31 May 2027 at Level 1, 222 Pitt Street, Sydney 2000 NSW.
Conduct of draws
Raffle drawn 12:00pm AEDT, Monday 28 August 2026 at Level 1, 222 Pitt Street, Sydney 2000 NSW.
The raffle draw will be conducted using a Marble Draw process as follows:
- An opaque container will hold 10 marbles; each uniquely numbered from 0 to 9.
- Marbles will be drawn sequentially to generate a ticket number.
- After each draw, the marble will be returned to the container before the next marble is drawn.
- The number of marbles drawn will equal the number of digits in the total number of tickets issued.
- If, at any stage, the digits drawn cannot form a valid ticket number, those digits will be disregarded and the draw will recommence from the beginning.
- The first valid ticket number generated will be declared the winning ticket.
Example: If 5,000 tickets are sold, four marbles will be drawn:
- The first marble for the thousands digit (numbers 0–4)
- One marble for the hundreds place (numbers 0–9)
- One marble for the tens place (numbers 0–9)
- One marble for the units place (numbers 0–9)
The winning ticket number will be determined by the sequence of digits drawn. The digits will be read from left to right as a four-digit number, with leading zeros retained. For example, a draw of 0–0–0–2 will select ticket number 2.

- Third prize: 1 x styling session and wardrobe with SABA - 1 ticket - 1 ticket
- Fourth prize: 2 x Fabulous Ladies' Wine Society wine soiree event tickets - 1 ticket
- Fifth prize: 2 x Fabulous Ladies' Wine Society wine soiree event tickets - 1 ticket
- Sixth prize: 2 x Fabulous Ladies' Wine Society wine soiree event tickets - 1 ticket
- Seventh prize: 2 x Fabulous Ladies' Wine Society wine soiree event tickets - 1 ticket
- Eighth prize: 2 x Fabulous Ladies' Wine Society wine soiree event tickets - 1 ticket
Winners will be notified via phone and/or email and results published on Monday 28 September 2026 at https://fundraise.unwomen.org.au/raffle/unwa26-raffle.
UNWA reserves the right to disqualify invalid entries. By buying a ticket, recipients agree to receive marketing communications and acknowledge UNWA's Privacy Policy. Tickets are non-refundable with all proceeds supporting UN Women Australia's initiatives.
Refunds
Refunds are not accepted unless it is determined by UN Women Australia that there are exceptional circumstances such as system failure or system error.

Where it is lawful to do so, these Terms and Conditions may be updated to address any errors or to clarify information and re-published online at https://fundraise.unwomen.org.au/raffle/unwa26-raffle
Excluded purchasers
Purchasers must be 18 or older. Tickets must not be purchased by: UN Women Australia employees, its board members, executive team members, and employees who have been involved in the organisation of the raffle or their immediate family members. During the conduct of a draw, if the UN Women Australia CEO (or delegate) conducting the draw is satisfied that an excluded purchaser is a prize winner, then the relevant prize will be re-drawn. If the UN Women Australia CEO (or delegate) is satisfied after the conclusion of the draw but before a prize has been collected that an excluded purchaser is a prize winner, then the excluded purchaser will not be entitled to collect the prize. The decision of the UN Women Australia CEO (or delegate) will be final and binding.
Confirming winners
In the event that there is any doubt or dispute as to the identity of the winner or as to the manner in which the prize is to be paid then the matter will be referred to the UN Women Australia CEO (or delegate) for resolution.
The decision of the CEO shall be final and binding. The CEO will not be acting as an arbitrator and the CEO’s decision shall not be subject to challenge or review.

By participating in the UN Women Australia Raffle, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. We need to collect personal information to process your purchase and notify you if you are a winner. By purchasing a ticket, recipients agree to receive marketing communications and acknowledge UNWA's Privacy Policy.
